Like many of the region’s big events, Bedfringe had to be cancelled for this year and while plans are in place to bring it back in 2021, financial losses have meant that this isn’t a certainty without your help.

Everyone’s favourite National Treasure, David Attenborough, has stepped in to help ZSL Whipsnade and London Zoos remain open. Both zoos were forced to close when the country went into lockdown and although they are both now open, they still need help to keep them running.

One of the lionesses living at Woburn Safari Park has had her paws full over lockdown too, she gave birth to five cubs on 24^th April and the five have started exploring their home, heading out into the playground and outdoor paddock for the first time at the end of June.

No doubt you’re all itching to get out of the house, especially now more restrictions are being lifted, with that in mind, we thought we’d give you a few suggestions of things you can do with the whole family in Bedfordshire this summer.
