Following its 100th anniversary in 2022, the Bedfordshire Festival of Music, Speech and Drama is returning on 4th March with the first of eight days of performances from over 1500 musicians and actors in over 250 competitive classes.

This year’s festival will focus on the finest musical and dramatic talent from across the county and will allow people of all ages and ability the chance to perform on some of the best loved stages across Bedfordshire, all while receiving feedback from experts in music, speech and drama.

On 10th March, the Bedford Music Hub Showcase will take centre stage at the Festival offering children and young people the chance to perform and have access to a range of music experiences and opportunities. The following day, the annual Gala Concert will provide the Festival’s closing show with the best loved performers from across the festival returning to compete for overall prizes. Classes will also be held throughout the Festival to allow people the chance to share their passion for the performing arts.

Audiences are welcome to attend any of the sessions throughout the event for just £2.50. Find out ore at bedfordshirefestival.org.uk
