The first ever Luton Literature Book Festival will take place on 24th September with a host of workshops and author talks, creating the perfect day of books and reading for bibliophiles all over Bedfordshire.

This exciting new festival has been created for people of all ages who love engaging with stories and those who want to encourage the discovery of books and a passion for reading. There are family friendly sessions taking place all day that are interactive and plenty of opportunities to find out more about a host of nationally renowned authors.

Events are ticketed and these will need to be booked in advance here.  Talks and workshops will be taking place at the Hat Factory or you can join in virtually via a live stream. As part of the event, there will be a local author and illustrator fair held at Luton Central Library, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary.
