New Year’s Eve is a time for celebration and at The Sculpture Gallery we believe in welcoming the coming year with style and sophistication. 

Join us this New Year’s Eve at The Sculpture Gallery for an exclusive evening with our five piece band Blue Rinse and see in 2019 with style. 

Blue Rinse who have won Wedding Entertainer of the Year at the English Wedding Awards (East) and are regulars for many weddings and corporate events on The Woburn Estate specialise in performing a wide range of popular songs from a variety of genres including Motown, swing, pop, soul, pop-rock etc, from the 60´s right through the decades. 

Our black tie evening starts at 7:30pm with a Champagne and canapé reception followed by a four course dinner. 

£120.00 per person inclusive of a welcome drink reception, a four course dinner, performance and a glass of Champagne at midnight

Confit of duck terrine with pickled blackberries and Sauternes jelly

Vegetable meze platter with a thyme vinaigrette (v)

Sorbet course
Raspberry, elderflower and Champagne sorbet

Main courses
Roasted loin of vension with braised red cabbage, butternut squash puree, and sweet potato with a redcurrant sauce

Roquefort and caramelised red onion filo parcel with a fig, pickled pear and watercress salad (v)

Dessert
Glazed chocolate bombe with a caramel centre
served with salted caramel ice cream and honeycomb pieces

Should you wish to stay overnight, the Estate’s four AA star hotel The Woburn Hotel is located in the heart of Woburn and offers 48 bedrooms and seven cottages and is home to the two AA Rosette restaurant Olivier’s.
