Fang-tastic at Woburn Safari Park

About

Get the whole family together for some fang-tastic events this October Half Term at Woburn Safari Park. From spooky stories, to a pumpkin trail and a fancy dress competition, there's plenty of additional Halloween fun for fearless families to look forward to on the 26th and 27th October.

Families can pick up their terrific trail sheet at Admissions and keep their eyes peeled for the petrifying pumpkin signs dotted throughout the Park to be in with a chance of winning a ghoulish reward. Visitors will then need to use the pumpkins and their Halloween Trail Sheet to work out the anagram. Once finished, families should head to the shop with their completed sheet to pick up a spook-tacular prize.
At 2.30pm on Sunday 27th October parents can make their way to the decking of the Mammoth Play Ark with their little ogres and wicked witches to take part in a fancy dress competition. The spookiest outfits will win a family pass to the Park!
On both the 26th and 27th October families should grab their tickets from the shop before entering the Creepy Caves in the Mammoth Play Ark to listen to an animal-themed spooky story. Running on the hour from 1pm until 4pm, for just £2 per child visitors get both TRICKS and TREATS as they tuck into some delicious treats and listen to the terrifying tales.

Alongside the additional devilish activities, families should pay a visit to their favourite Halloween animals. They can stop off at the Dissscovery Zone to meet scorpions and snakes, catch the Birds of Prey talk to meet the owls, and venture into the Land of Lemurs to listen to the ghostly calls of Woburn's black and white ruffed lemurs.
The animals will be getting into the seasonal spirit as well - visitors will be able to spot them munching on their own pumpkin treats throughout the Park.
Visitors should book their tickets for a fang-tastic family day out.
