Join us in a celebration of everything honey, set against the stunning backdrop of Woburn Abbey and Gardens.
The Bedfordshire Beekeeper's Association will be holding their annual Honey Show plus demonstrations and talks about beekeeping, honey and hive products. Try on a beekeepers outfit and have a look down a microscope at bee anatomy.
Enjoy a range of stalls including local honey, candles, other beeswax related products and food items. There will be an observation beehive for you to have a close-up look at bees at work. Demonstrations include the traditional craft of skep-making and candle rolling.
Get advice if you are thinking about starting out in beekeeping and see some of the equipment that is used.
The festival is at no extra cost and is included in your entrance ticket to Woburn Abbey Gardens.
