Proms and Picnic in the Park

About

Join us on Saturday 10th September from 7pm as we close our Music in the Park season with a bang at the Proms and Picnic in the Park concert, followed by a live screening of Last Night of the Proms from the Royal Albert Hall.

Held in our award winning Parson's Close Recreation Ground, don't forget to pack a picnic and bring your best red, white and blue for this free community event.

Classical Singer Richard Stark will delight us with his incredible vocal talents, opening the evening concert at 7pm. Milton Keynes Brass will perform a selection of crowd pleasing favourites before a live outdoor screening of the BBC Last Night of the Proms.

We end our evening together with a spectacular fireworks display, bringing our programme of summer events to a close for another year.

This is a free event for all to attend, so just turn up, bring a chair, picnic or grab some bites from the Parson's Park Café. Facilities can be found by the café.
