Needlefelted robin or goldcrest. In this 4 hour workshop, I'll be showing you how to make a lovely little robin or goldcrest (you can choose which to make on the day). We'll be using Shetland wool batts/felting needles and mat to create the body shape, then adding layers and fine details using coloured wool batts and Merino wools. Air dried clay, glass bead eyes and wire legs will be glued and sewn on, and your bird will perch on a wood base to finish. There will be an option to make your bird into a hanging Christmas decoration if you prefer.
Height of robin/goldcrest: approx 5.5cms, length (beak to tail): approx 9 cms
All equipment, materials and instructions will provided.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:-

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
