To ensure all children can experience the magic of Christmas at our FREE Giving Grotto and Elves' Toy Workshop we will be offering quiet sessions during the first hour of every Sunday (excluding Christmas Eve) when The Mall is a little quieter and the children can be allowed more time to complete the activity.
The centre will be turning off music and radio systems, limit our tannoy messages (these will only be used in emergency situations) and ensure no fire alarm testing takes place.
