Elderswell Retirement Village in Turvey, will be hosting a special Remembrance Day event on Tuesday 12th November. The morning will bring together residents, neighbours, and children from Turvey Primary School for a meaningful moment of reflection and community connection.
The event includes:
- A hymn to open the morning at 10:45am
- Readings and poems from local school pupils
- The two-minute silence at 11:00am, followed by the Last Post
- Complimentary hot drinks afterwards for guests to stay, chat, and reflect together
This is a free, community-focused event open to everyone, a lovely opportunity for locals of all ages to come together in remembrance.
