Discover Butterflies at The Millennium Country Park
Did you know the Millennium Country Park was once desolate pits dug to supply clay for the London Bricks Works? Over the last 20+ years we have regenerated the site and created a luscious haven for a wide array of species... including magnificent butterflies.
Join our expert Ranger, Nicola Ceconi on a leisurely stroll around the Millennium Country Park where we will be on the lookout for different species of butterfly. Nicola will be chatting about the importance of butterflies make to our landscape and will be sharing her knowledge about the species you can find here.
Our Discover Butterflies Walk will start at the Forest Centre so Please meet at the Reception.
This is a FREE event. Please wear approximately footwear and clothing. The walk will be along surfaced paths and grass routes. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
If you are able to then please consider adding a small donation to the cost of your ticket when booking - all money raised goes back to helping the charity and supports us planting more trees and looking after the Forest of Marston Vale.
