Chase Distillery is based on a family farm in Herefordshire, where we grow our own potatoes to ferment into alcohol and distil into a beautiful smooth neutral spirit. We then turn this spirit into award-winning Vodka and Gin which we bottle on site. The fact that we have a field-to-bottle process which operates in a sustainable manner makes us totally unique, and our use of potatoes and not grains for our spirits, makes them stand out for their quality in a now very crowded market- and also means they are certified gluten free. We don't add anything artificial to our spirits and we have a lovely broad range of Gins, Vodkas and Liqueurs, so something to suit everyone.
