We are delighted to invite you to this year's Affinity Traditional Luxury Christmas Fair.

Sunday 27th November 12.30pm - 5.00pm

Entry is free! It's a wonderful way to start the festive season, we will be showcasing the best of luxury gifts, Christmas decor, Festive Food, Live Music and of course Father Christmas.

Father Christmas will be in his hidden hideaway! (£7.50 per child, pre-booking recommended). Available 12.30pm-4.45pm.

Discover unexpected gifts for him, extraordinary treats for her and special treasures for little ones. An exceptional line up of talented individuals and small businesses await. Immerse yourself in a wonderful shopping experience.

Enjoy with family and friends and share a glass or two of bubbles, mulled wine or gin at the bar and enjoy tasty treats while you take a break from shopping.

All, whilst absorbing the ambience and grounds of a country Manor House - Woodland Manor and loose yourself in the super-yuletide atmosphere.
