Corporate events and venue hire

Available for corporate events, product launches, team building and much more, The Safari Lodge is a truly unique location for events of all kinds, nestled at the heart of Woburn Safari Park’s Foot Safari and Leisure Area.

Guests will love the stylish interior, the Woburn branded furniture, high-tech AV equipment and the beautiful animal imagery that decorates this wonderful venue.

Organisers can choose from a range of dining options including a formal seated dinner, drinks reception, hot buffet or a delicious BBQ. The large veranda boasts stunning views of Desert Springs, home to meerkats, porcupines and mongoose; Swan Lake, Otter Falls and the Birds in Action amphitheatre; providing the perfect relaxed atmosphere for a champagne reception.

To add to the excitement, enjoy some of the daily programme of talks and demonstrations, ideal for educational quiz challenges for your delegates. Visit neighbouring elephants for the daily meet and greet in Elephant Meadow; the only place in the UK where you could get close enough to touch this magnificent species.

Team Building with Bite!

Partnering with ‘Team Building with Bite’ the experts in corporate team building days with a difference! During team building events, you can either work together or in competition against each other, to create enrichment items for wild animals and then get to watch the results as your creations are put to the test.

Corporate Experiences and Family Fun Days
There are lots of truly unique and special experiences at the park, ideal for team days out, and as part of your rewards and incentives scheme.  Enjoy the space of the great outdoors and book a family fun day with outdoor catering, marquee set up and giant outdoor games.  Or challenge your team to a Go Ape treetop adventure, with a high ropes course for up to three hours of swinging through the trees, crossing obstacles and swooping on zip wires!  Ask about the VIP Experiences packages for smaller groups of 4-11 people, taking you off road on safari and up close to the animals, behind the scenes in their houses.
