There are a host of things to do across the county for the upcoming bank holiday weekend to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Here’s a list of what is taking place over the weekend.

Half term, a Bank Holiday weekend AND a week of charity conservation fun all rolled into one… it’s the perfect time to visit Woburn Safari Park!

Her Majesty the Queen is the first British monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee and the National Trust will be commemorating the occasion with a variety of events across the bank holiday weekend, as well as celebrating their tree planting projects as part of the Queen’s Green Canopy.

There’s loads to do across the county this half term, whether you’re looking for places to enjoy the good weather or special events and activities for the Jubilee, you will be spoiled for choice here.

With a heatwave predicted for this spring, it’s a good time to get out and enjoy the countryside by visiting some of Bedfordshire’s prettiest parks and gardens.
