Wild Canvas Camping


Wild Canvas is a lively, family-style camping pop-up with a gentle festival vibe, taking place on the stunning, riverside grounds of the Turvey House Estate in Bedfordshire.

Camp in comfort and book a traditional Tipi or modern Tri-lodge tipi tent with furnishings for a hassle-free camping experience. Or bring your own tent and pitch up.

Reconnect with loved ones in group pitches surrounded by ample space.

Take part in the various free of charge and paid activities on offer from Circus Arts to Paddle-Boarding, from Puppet Making to Bushcraft and from Yoga to Qigong.

Nourish the body and soul at ‘The Nest’, a riverside wellbeing sanctuary, or get crafty in the ‘Makers Zone’ with a carefully curated program for kids and adults.

Enjoy a variety of food and drink offers on site, artisan coffee and pastries, wood fired pizza, award winning ice cream, DIY burger kits and pop up street food experiences.

Chill to the sounds of Wild Canvas Radio with music provided by world class DJ friends during the day and with a little boogie on weekend evenings.

Amenities on site include hot showers, flushing and compost loos, hot water washing up stations.

The nearest, main line train station is Bedford (Thameslink) with regular trains from Kings Cross. From there you will be able to take busses (No.41) to the village of Turvey (direction Northampton). A taxi ride is around 10-15 mins.
