Greg Foat is a Pianist, composer and music producer from England. He has played gigs and recording sessions all over the world with a diverse and varied selection of musicians such as Bob Lind, Curtis Lundy, Rita Ora, Wendy James, Questlove and The Kooks.
Heavily Influenced by the rich heritage of British jazz pianists and composers such as Gordon Beck, Stan Tracey, Michael Garrick, Keith Tippett and Graham Collier as well as European and American artists such as Ennio Morricone, Piero Piccioni, Michel Legrand, Vangelis and John Klemmer. Greg Foat's music contains elements of many genres and styles of music and is a personal favourite of the author Ian Rankin who writes 'Greg Foat takes jazz to places where genres cease to matter and the music soars for the sake of it'.
