Forest Bathing+ is the perfect way to escape our busy lives and tune in to the natural world.
Our sessions at RSPB The Lodge consist of a gentle walk amongst the trees of this beautiful reserve - you'll be guided through a series of sensory exercises designed to develop a deeper connection with nature, calming body and mind, before we conclude with a guided relaxation.
During the session your Forest Bathing+ Guide will share some of the research that shows why time with trees is so good for us: our main aim, however, is to help you unwind!
