Wernher Restaurant

Wernher Restaurant

The Wernher restaurant is named after Sir Julius Wernher who bought Luton Hoo in 1903 and transformed the property into a country seat befitting one of the richest men in the land. Executive Chef, Kevin Clark, mirrors this grand and opulent setting in his menu, revealing culinary flair through the combination of adventurous dishes and traditional British classics.

Together with a wine list that has been carefully chosen to compliment the cuisine, you have all the ingredients for a memorable and unique dining experience. And as if the award-winning cuisine wasn’t enough, few restaurants can compete with the dining room itself, which is resplendent with eye-popping floor to ceiling marble panels, glittering chandeliers and heavy drapes that frame windows which afford sweeping views of the grounds.
