This beautiful listed building and its long-standing history as a museum is also available to hire for conferences, meetings and parties. Wardown Park Museum boasts a newly renovated conference room accommodating up to 20 people in board room style with built in digital projector, flipchart/whiteboard and TV/DVD.

This fully accessible room has flexible layout options and comes fully supported by on site staff, who are there to help you. An additional smaller space is available to hire for meetings of up to 8 people.

The gallery space with its ever-changing exhibitions is also available for networking events, private parties and receptions for 50 to 100 people, out of exhibition hours. From buffets to bottle bars, refreshments can be supplied for your event at pre-ordered delivery times to suit you. Menus and other event equipment are available on request. Light snacks and refreshments are also available for purchase from our intimate tea room on the ground floor.

Wardown Park Museum’s tranquil parkland setting is also ideal for team away days and our fabulous museums staff can offer you special team building activities such as treasure hunts or themed talks and memory boxes.   Wedding receptions can be accommodated in our ground floor gallery and the grounds make a perfect back drop for your photographs. 

Themed children’s parties can also be arranged by our team, at highly competitive prices.

With ample free parking, ramp access and the ground floor location of most rooms, the site is very accessible.

General opening times are 10am – 5pm but hours can be extended as required.
